Now we're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to raise the bar across the entire platform. Someone who writes production-grade code, has strong opinions on how software should be built, and wants to help shape how a fast-growing engineering team operates.

What You'll Do 🚀

You'll work directly with the CTO and founders to set the technical direction of the platform. Your work will span the full stack, and you'll have real influence over how we build.

  1. Shape a Continuously Evolving AI Backend. Our AI evaluation architecture is in constant motion – we iterate, adapt, and when needed, rip up and rebuild core systems to stay ahead of the curve. You’ll partner closely with our AI engineers to productionise and scale multi-agent pipelines. This is a high-impact area where improvements compound quickly and materially, offering far more proximity to cutting-edge AI systems than you’d typically expect in a fullstack role.
  2. Build and Ship Across the Stack. Own features end-to-end across our React frontend, Hono API layer, and third-party integrations. The surface area here is wide and the pace is fast. You'll go from shipping a polished UI to wiring up a new integration in the same week.
  3. Shape Architecture and Process. You'll have real input into tech choices, system design, and how the team operates. We want someone who's opinionated and has the experience to back it up. If you've ever wished you could influence how things are built at a company, this is that role.
  4. Set the Tone. As one of six engineers, the way you work matters. You'll mentor, lead by example, and help build a culture where people hold themselves to a high standard and push each other to get better. We want engineers who are genuinely obsessed with their craft, and set the pace for the team.
  5. Raise the Engineering Standard. Our clients are large enterprise organisations, and they expect the software they rely on to be rock solid. You’ll play a key role in defining and raising the bar for code quality, review practices, and testing strategies across the team.

  • API: Hono on Cloudflare Workers, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL (Neon)
  • AI Backend: Python, FastAPI, LangChain + LangGraph
  • Infra: Cloudflare Workers, R2, Railway, GitHub Actions
  • Testing: Vitest, pytest, Playwright

Who You Are 🌟

  • A senior engineer, not just by title. 7+ years building and shipping fullstack applications, with experience in high-velocity startup environments. You’ve also worked on systems where reliability is non-negotiable and you’ve felt the responsibility that comes with that.
  • Strong across TypeScript and React. You're comfortable owning frontend architecture, not just building components.
  • Confident with backend systems. You've designed APIs, worked with relational databases, and thought carefully about data models. Python experience is required, as you'll be working closely with our AI engineers.
  • Production-minded. You think about error handling, observability, edge cases, and what happens when things break at 2am. You've shipped software that enterprise clients depend on.
  • A multiplier. You make the people around you better. Through code reviews, architecture discussions, and by setting a high bar in your own work.
  • Experienced with integrations. You’ve built and maintained integrations with third-party systems – APIs, webhooks, and external data sources – and understand the challenges of reliability, edge cases, and long-term maintenance.

Nice to Have ✨

  • Experience with Cloudflare Workers or edge computing
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
  • Prior experience in a regulated industry (FinTech, RegTech, LegalTech)
