Problem

Yonder needed to scale marketing output without losing control across channels.

As the business grew and prepared to launch new products, including its debit card, marketing activity increased across both internal teams and external partners. This included a growing network of influencers and third parties, all producing content that required oversight.

The challenge was the setup behind it.

Workflows were spread across multiple tools. Rules and policies lived in Notion, marketing claims were tracked elsewhere, and external influencer approvals followed a separate process entirely. There was no single system bringing everything together.

This made it harder to move quickly. Marketing teams had to navigate different tools depending on the task, while compliance had limited visibility across channels. Tracking claims, updating policies, and ensuring consistency across campaigns became increasingly manual.

As volume increased, so did the operational overhead. Reviews took longer, processes became harder to manage, and scaling campaigns across channels, especially with third parties, introduced more risk.

Yonder faced three key challenges:

1. Fragmented systems across workflows, policies and claims
2. Limited visibility and control over external influencer activity
3. Manual processes slowing down campaign execution and scaling

What we did

Adclear unified workflows, claims and external approvals into one system.

With Adclear, Yonder brought its entire marketing compliance process into a single platform.

Rules, policies and claims are now managed centrally, with updates reflected instantly across all content. Marketing teams receive real-time feedback as they create, allowing them to move faster while staying aligned with compliance expectations.

A key shift was extending this to external partners. All influencer and third party content is now managed directly within Adclear, giving Yonder the same speed across external channels as internal ones.

Adclear also introduced a structured claims management process, making it easier to track, review and update marketing claims at scale.

The impact is clear. First-time approvals are now around 80%, with approval times reduced to under seven hours. Around 90% of reviews are completed ahead of SLAs, helping campaigns move consistently without delays.

The result is a more integrated and scalable system. Marketing can move faster across channels, compliance has full visibility, and Yonder can confidently scale both internal campaigns and external partnerships.

Adclear is now the central system for marketing compliance at Yonder.

“Adclear has made a big difference in how we manage compliance across both internal teams and external partners. Before, we were juggling multiple systems for policies, claims and influencer approvals, which made it harder to stay consistent and move quickly. Now everything sits in one place, with full visibility across all channels, including influencer content. It’s helped us speed up approvals and scale activity without adding more operational overhead.”
