Problem
PensionBee needed to move faster across two markets without adding complexity.
Operating across both the UK and US, PensionBee was managing marketing and compliance across different regulatory environments, each with its own requirements and processes.
The challenge was fragmentation.
Brand, tone of voice and compliance reviews were all happening separately, often across different tools and workflows. This made it harder to maintain consistency, especially when scaling campaigns across both markets.
In the US in particular, additional regulatory requirements added further complexity, increasing the need for clear processes and tighter control.

With Adclear, PensionBee brought brand and compliance reviews into a single, unified workflow across both the UK and US.
Instead of managing separate processes, all content now flows through one system, with consistent rules applied across markets while still reflecting local regulatory requirements.
A key shift was enabling self-approvals for marketing teams. Marketers can now run a first pass on their own content, using real-time feedback to resolve issues before submitting for final sign-off. This reduces back-and-forth and allows compliance to focus on higher value reviews.
Adclear also brings full visibility across both regions, making it easier to track activity, maintain consistency, and ensure alignment between teams.
The impact is immediate. Approval times have reduced to within one day, while over 2,800 pieces of content have already been processed through the platform.
