As Founders Associate, you will be the Co-Founders’ trusted right-hand, working on Adclear’s most high-impact initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of running a scaling business, tackle mission-critical challenges, and make an immediate impact.The role is dynamic, fast-paced, and designed for those who thrive on solving complex problems and driving change. As a key member of Adclear, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our business and operational strategy while gaining exposure to all areas of the company.
Strategic Projects: Work directly with the Founders to identify and lead high-impact initiatives across Adclear, solving critical challenges and driving large-scale change.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities, and develop solutions to support the company's growth and agility.
Financial Planning: Support the development and management of the financial plan by modeling various growth scenarios and providing clear insights into the company’s financial position.
Operational Excellence: Track, monitor, and improve department-level performance metrics to drive efficiency and accountability.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, business development, and operations teams to align priorities and execute complex initiatives.
Executive Support: Act as a thought partner to the Founders and leadership team, providing insights, conducting analysis, and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and decision-making.
Experience
Startup or scaleup experience - 1-3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up / strategy consulting / investment banking)
OR
Proactive recent graduate - You’re someone who has launched a side hustle at university, led a student society, or been actively involved in entrepreneurial initiatives.
